Nongfu Spring runs production facilities across China, and no two sites have the same layout or storage needs. HeShun designed, built, and installed the cold storage at four of them — Hangzhou, Huangshan, Heyuan, and Baoji — with each design worked out around the facility’s own requirements.
Adapting Cold Storage to Different Production Requirements
The four facilities each needed different temperature zones: refrigerated storage at -5°C to 0°C, frozen storage at -18°C, and dual-temperature areas at 0°C. Each design had to fit the facility’s existing production environment.
One Engineering Scope Across Multiple Sites
Multi-site work is not just installing equipment. Site conditions, temperature needs, and building scales all differed, so the engineering was adjusted per site — no off-the-shelf configuration would have worked.
