CR C’estbon Cold Storage Project

Multi-temperature cold storage engineering for large-scale beverage production bases.

CR C’estbon is a packaged drinking water brand under China Resources Group. Headquartered in Shenzhen, it mainly produces the “C’estbon” series of purified drinking water and other beverages.

HeShun provided cold storage design, construction, and installation for CR C’estbon’s two major production bases — Yixing, Jiangsu, and Xinjin, Chengdu — covering the temperature needs of different products and storage stages.

Cold Storage Engineering Solution

The project covers two production bases. The Yixing plant in Jiangsu occupies about 400 mu (approx. 26.7 hectares), with a total building area of about 178,700 m². The Xinjin plant in Chengdu covers about 300 mu (approx. 20 hectares), with a Phase I building area of about 60,000 m².

HeShun planned the cold storage layout and system configuration around each plant’s production needs, space, and site conditions, and handled everything from design and construction through installation.

Different products and storage stages need different temperatures, so the project uses multiple temperature zones: -5°C to 0°C, -18°C, and -30°C — for chilled storage, freezing, and low-temperature storage.
