Beijing Yiqing Food Group Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Beijing Yiqing Holdings Co., Ltd., owns three well-known brands: “Yili,” “Beibingyang” (Arctic Ocean), and “Shuanghesheng.” The Group combines the product strengths of these brands—Yili (China Time-Honored Brand, founded 1906), Beibingyang (Beijing time-honored brand, founded 1936), and Shuanghesheng (century-old Beijing brewing brand, founded 1915)—and mainly produces, processes, and sells beverages, bread, pastries, confectionery, frozen foods, and cooked foods.

Project Background: Danjiangkou is a major growing area for “Danjiangkou Citrus,” a National Geographical Indication product with a long history of cultivation. The cold storage supports the citrus deep-processing base by preserving fresh fruit, handling semi-finished products, and storing frozen finished goods.
Project Scale: Total land area: 132.84 mu. Phase I building area: 48,867.8 m²; Phase II: 42,600 m²; combined: approximately 91,000 m².
Cold Storage Height: 26.2 meters (single-story, ultra-high structure). Automated high-bay racking makes full use of the vertical space, so more goods can be stored on the same footprint.
Temperature Zones: -20°C freezer for long-term storage of frozen and quick-frozen citrus products; 4°C chiller for fresh fruit and semi-finished products.
Automation Features: The warehouse runs fully automatically with aisle stacker cranes, conveyor lines, and WMS/WCS management. Goods are stored and retrieved automatically, schedules are handled intelligently, and temperatures are monitored throughout, cutting manual work inside the warehouse and keeping the food safe.
Services: Construction and installation of the -20°C freezer and 4°C cold rooms, including insulated enclosure construction, refrigeration system installation, and installation and commissioning of the automation equipment.
