Dali Foods Group Company Limited Cold Storage Project
Multi-temperature cold storage for large-scale food and beverage production bases.

Dali Foods Group Company Limited was founded in 1989 and is headquartered in Quanzhou, Fujian. It is one of China’s largest food and beverage companies, with brands including Daliyuan, Haochidian, Copico, Heqizheng, Lehu, and Doubendou. In November 2015, the company listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (Stock Code: 3799.HK).
Cold storage is a core part of Dali’s supply chain. The group has built cold chain facilities in 15 regions — Fujian, Chengdu, Hubei, Jilin, Jinan, Ma’anshan, Guangdong, Hebei, Jiangsu, Shaanxi, Henan, Nanchang, Shanxi, Yunnan, and Gansu — covering blast-freezing, freezing, and chilled storage.
HeShun supplied the cold storage for several of these production bases, including the insulation structure, refrigeration equipment, and control system. Each site was configured to match the temperature requirements of the products stored there, so the rooms hold a steady, controlled temperature through continuous production use.
Core project specifications
Food-grade insulated storage structure — The rooms use a six-sided insulated enclosure built from single-sided stainless steel polyurethane panels with flame-retardant cores. The construction keeps heat loss low and holds up to the hygiene, sealing, and durability demands of food storage.
Multi-temperature refrigeration — Each temperature zone, chilled, frozen, or blast-freezing, has its own refrigeration setup matched to the storage conditions of the products in that zone. One site can therefore cover the full range of cold chain needs.
High-reliability compressor configuration — The compressor units are German Bitzer models, arranged as “two duty, one standby.” The standby unit covers maintenance and abnormal operating conditions, so normal production cooling is never interrupted.
Stainless steel air coolers — The air coolers are stainless steel with wider fin spacing, which improves heat exchange and speeds up defrosting. They are built to run for years in food cold storage.
Air-cooled condensing system — An air-cooled condenser with German Ziehl-Abegg motors handles heat rejection, so the system keeps stable condensing performance across different site conditions.
Centralized control and remote monitoring — A centralized control system gathers equipment management, operating status, and data analysis in one place. Operators can run day-to-day management from a single screen, and the same setup makes maintenance and remote troubleshooting easier down the road.
