Project Overview

As one of the Philippines’ leading supermarket chains with more than 80 store locations, this client required standardized cold chain solutions across its retail network. The project covers supermarket display cabinets and a walk-in cold room, delivered as an end-to-end solution spanning overall design planning, equipment supply, installation, and after-sales service.

Technical Solution

• Display cabinets: Haier Carrier-brand refrigeration cabinets, including air-curtain cabinets, upright freezers, service counters, and combination island cabinets to suit different merchandising needs;
• Walk-in cold room: chiller room at 0°C to 5°C, freezer room at -18°C to -22°C, with Copeland scroll compressor units;
• Control system: Schneider Electric components and HMI, centralized control;
• Efficiency & durability optimization: enlarged condenser surface area with anti-corrosion treatment to improve efficiency and extend service life, plus added overheat and undervoltage protection modules for system stability;
• Temperature control system: automatic temperature control and defrosting, with real-time monitoring of equipment status, chamber temperature, and fault diagnostics.
