Types of Warehouse Equipment

Runs on rails inside rack aisles. Goes up and down, uses telescopic forks to grab pallets. Fast and precise—suits tall automated warehouses with a fair bit of throughput. Single or double mast. Low-temp package available.

Move back and forth and left and right on the frame. Switches levels on its own, so you can skip the forklift. Makes good use of space, works with existing racks if you want to expand later. Self-heating lithium battery keeps it running in cold storage.

Shuttles pallets along rails for high-density storage. Straight-line only- if you need to change levels, a forklift has to step in. Lower cost than the alternatives. Can retrofit into racks you already have. Supports FIFO or LIFO.

A straightforward forklift for stacking and short-distance moves. No rails, no control systems—keeps things simple. Usually the more budget-friendly way to get started. Battery-powered models available.

The foundation for pallet storage. Built around your layout and load specs, holds up well in chillers and freezers over time. Nothing flashy, but it gets the job done.

A four-way shuttle moves in all four directions across the racking level and switches levels on its own using a lift, so this single piece of Warehouse Equipment can cover the whole racking area. Maximum flexibility and storage density. A pallet shuttle, on the other hand, just goes back and forth on fixed rails. To change levels or aisles, you’ll need a forklift or stacker crane to help out. The trade-off is a lower upfront cost. Comes down to what you need: four-way shuttles for flexibility and density, pallet shuttles for the better price tag. Either way, both are in our Warehouse Equipment lineup.
Both. You can buy individual units, or go with a full system delivery—stacker cranes or shuttles, racking, WCS (Warehouse Control System), plus installation and commissioning. The Warehouse Equipment you need, hooked up and ready to go. Single piece or complete system, we handle every part of the Warehouse Equipment.
Just send us a few details: your warehouse floor area, usable height, storage temperature, what kind of cargo you’re handling, and roughly how much moves in and out each day.
