O₂ at 3–5%, CO₂ at 2— 5%, tuned per vegetable. Slows respiration way down — 2 to 3 times longer than a regular cold room. Potatoes, onions, anything you want to hold for months.

For high—turnover distribution. Multiple temp zones, ±1°C stability even with doors opening all day. Bulk storage, sorting, staging, dispatch — all in one facility.
